Foothills Heritage Farm is a non profit, tax exempt corporation established to preserve the historic Benjamin Hubbard farm outside Moravian Falls in Wilkes County North Carolina. The Hubbard House dates to 1778 and is one of the oldest structures in the foothills region of North Carolina. The house and 1846 two story, multi-pen log barn are entered on the National Register of Historic Places.
The initial goal is to replace eight farm outbuildings according to a sketch by James Hubbard who was born and raised on the farm in the 1890s. The ultimate goal is to establish a character educational campus for regional school children.
